Responsibilities: • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Proven organizational and planning ability • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
