With a competitive compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 yearly, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and success in a rapidly expanding market. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our company brand. Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed performance goals • Build and refine the entire client experience and conversion process • Track KPIs, lead accountability, and create clarity for each agent • Ensure consistent team culture, energy, and values alignment • Recruit and onboard agents who fit the team’s mission and values • Collaborate with executive leadership to hit growth milestones • Drive excitement, loyalty, and ownership from within the sales team Qualifications: • Prior leadership in real estate or a comparable high-performance sales environment • Proven ability to coach individuals to hit and exceed targets • Experience building systems, playbooks, and repeatable sales processes • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence through trust and clarity • Driven, focused, and passionate about growing people • Tech and systems-literate (CRM, lead tracking, analytics tools) • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
