    Job Summary: Cocoplum Appliances is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead and coordinate the daily schedules and performance of our sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

    This position offers a competitive base salary (no draw) plus commission and bonuses, with the potential to earn an additional $20,000–$30,000 annually, based on performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals

    Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and effective performance

    Ensure all required reports, forms, and schedules are completed accurately and on time

    Manage shift coverage in the event of employee absences, including illness, vacation, or callouts

    Qualifications:

    Proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

    Experience in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Solid understanding of sales principles and practices
