    Sales Manager – Lead and Grow a High-Performing Team We’re looking for a driven and organized Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced commercial lending environment. This role focuses on guiding daily sales activity, maintaining accountability, and helping drive consistent revenue growth through strong leadership and structured processes. In this position, you’ll work closely with the team to improve performance, provide coaching, and ensure leads are effectively managed from initial contact through closing. You’ll help create a productive, positive sales culture by setting clear expectations, tracking key metrics, and offering ongoing support that keeps the team focused and moving forward. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a results-driven environment. The right person will be focused on developing people, improving efficiency within the sales pipeline, and helping the team consistently reach growth targets. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive growth. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability. • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. • Ensure effective management of leads from initial contact through to successful closing, optimizing the sales pipeline. • Set clear expectations and goals for the team, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as needed to stay on track with objectives. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in leading and inspiring sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals. • Proven track record of monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Strong skills in providing ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. • Ability to manage leads effectively from initial contact through to successful closing, optimizing the sales pipeline. • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and goals for the team, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
