We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced commercial lending environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, maintaining strong team accountability, and helping drive consistent revenue growth through effective leadership and structured sales processes. The Sales Manager will play a key role in coaching team members, improving sales performance, and ensuring leads are properly managed from initial contact through closing. This individual will help create a productive and positive sales culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance metrics, and providing ongoing guidance and support to the team. This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment. The right candidate will be focused on developing the team, improving efficiency in the sales pipeline, and helping the organization consistently achieve its growth goals. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily sales operations within the office • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives • Monitor sales performance and help improve closing ratios • Assist the team with lead management, follow-up, and pipeline organization • Set clear sales goals and track progress toward targets • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions • Support the sales team with deal structuring and client communication • Ensure strong customer service and professional communication with clients • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team productivity Qualifications: • 1–3 years of sales management or sales leadership experience required • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to motivate and develop a sales team • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven • Comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment • Experience in lending, finance, real estate, or mortgage sales is a plus, but not required Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
