Sales Manager - Commercial Telecommunications & Security
Wired2Day LLC is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead, grow, and train a high-performing team of B2B sales reps. You’ll oversee sales operations for our commercial security systems, telecom solutions, structured cabling, and access control services across Indiana and Ohio. This is a leadership role with real impact—help us scale our service footprint, streamline our sales process, and build a legacy brand in the commercial security space. Responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard, and train outside sales representatives • Set monthly quotas and provide sales coaching and accountability • Monitor pipeline activity, performance KPIs, and close rates • Refine our sales process and CRM workflows (Apollo, Podio, etc.) • Assist reps on larger commercial accounts and strategic closings • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities (GCs, PMs, etc.) • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project handoff • Report sales metrics weekly to ownership Qualifications: • 3–5+ years in a sales leadership role (preferred in telecom or security) • Experience building and managing outside sales teams • Deep understanding of B2B sales and long-cycle deals • Familiarity with access control, structured cabling, and video surveillance is a plus, and willing to learn new products • Strong CRM and reporting skills • High integrity, self-driven, and team-first leadership style • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 yearly
