Sales Manager - Corrugated Sheet Manufacturing - Base Salary to 110k/year - Philadelphia, PA

• Our client is a leading papermill who has recently bought a new facility to start manufacturing operations for corrugated sheet & the team is seeking a Sales Manager.
  
• The Sales Manager will be initially responsible for locking down presales for corrugated sheet as well as creating a strategic sales plan for the new location. This role is an individual contributor role but may transition to managing a sales team later on.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in need of corrugated sheets
  
• Create and execute strategic sales plan so team can hit East Coast sales metrics
  
• Identify new prospect list: manufacturers, distributors, packaging companies
  
• Present sales proposals to prospect clients
  
• Negotiate pricing for contracts
  
• Attend trade shows as needed

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Marketing or related Business Degree
  
• 3+ years in B2B sales in the corrugated packaging or paperboard industry (team may consider corrugated box background)
  
• Proven track record of hitting & exceeding sales goals
  
• Ability to create sales plans from scratch
  
• Ability to travel upwards of 60% within designated territory (PA, DE, NJ, NY)

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 110k/year plus bonus. Client company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
