    Job Title: Sales Manager- Crosso Border Logistics Working Location: Fontana, California Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $5,000 – $8,000/month + Commission

We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Fontana team to drive growth in our logistics and distribution channels.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of logistics clients, including importers, exporters, wholesalers, and 3PL users, with a focus on overseas warehousing and cross-border freight services.

    Promote the company’s core logistics solutions, such as: Overseas warehousing services (inbound receiving, storage, inventory management), Value-added services (sorting, labeling, repackaging, one-piece fulfillment), Cross-docking and transloading between ocean containers and domestic trucks, Customized warehouse rental and management for large-volume clientsAnalyze client logistics pain points and propose tailored solutions using KYT’s warehouse network and operational strengths.

    Provide accurate quotations based on service scope, volume, and transportation needs; follow up with pricing negotiations and contract signing.

    Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth service execution and high customer satisfaction.

    Conduct site visits to client warehouses or retail locations as needed to evaluate project feasibility and identify integration requirements.

    Prepare client-facing presentations and maintain a clear communication channel for status updates, issue resolution, and performance reviews.

    Track individual sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback, and regularly report to senior management.

    Attend trade shows, logistics summits, and industry networking events to expand business connections and enhance brand awareness.

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or third-party warehousing services.

    Familiarity with U.S.-China logistics operations, import/export compliance, and warehousing models.

    Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).

    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
