We partner with developers, utilities, and infrastructure leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions across land acquisition, title, permitting, stakeholder outreach, and GIS.

    Role Overview

    Build and manage a revenue pipeline across priority sectors (renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, data centers).

    Lead outreach, discovery, proposals, and contract close; coordinate handoff to delivery teams.

    Represent Volta at client meetings, industry events, and conferences; travel as needed.

    Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; report on KPIs.

    Qualifications

    Experience in the energy sector is required (renewables, transmission, oil & gas, or related infrastructure).

    3–7+ years in B2B services sales (infrastructure, engineering, land/title, or adjacent).

    Proven quota attainment and account growth in a consultative, multi-stakeholder environment.

    Polished client-facing communication; strong proposal and negotiation skills.

    Based in Dallas, comfortable working remotely and traveling regularly.

    Compensation: Base + commission plan
