    Job Description

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
    • Handle delicate customer situations should they arise.
    • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales, estimating, and business development of tool and die or other relevant manufacturing role.
    • Strong technical understanding of stamping dies, progressive dies, and other manufacturing tooling techniques.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, direct reports and work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to collaborate with engineering and customers on technical matters.
