    EHC is currently looking for a Sales Manager for a client in the Charlotte, NC area. 

    Job Summary:

    The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and driving performance of the sales team to achieve company revenue goals. This role focuses on coaching, strategy execution, pipeline management, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager partners cross-functionally to support business growth while maintaining strong accountability and team engagement.

    Key Responsibility:

    • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
    • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to goals and metrics.
    • Regularly observe and coach team members during live sales interactions to improve effectiveness and close rates.
    • Provide instruction, positive reinforcement, and ongoing development opportunities.
    • Monitor pipeline activity, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates to ensure consistent revenue growth.
    • Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to improve results.
    • Ensure professional, respectful, and high-quality customer service standards are consistently met.
    • Support the team in responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales quotes, and managing key accounts when necessary.
    • Review and analyze sales reports and provide timely updates to senior leadership.
    • Collaborate with Support, Account Management, Business Development, and Operations to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and market changes within the PVF industry.
    • Drive prospecting efforts by guiding lead qualification and sales pipeline management.

    Qualifications:

    • 5–7 years of experience in the PVF industry required.
    • Previous sales leadership or team management experience preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred.
    • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
