We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive our property’s sales and marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You’ll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. Responsibilities: • Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives. • Collaborate with Revenue Management to develop group and LNR rate strategies that maximize Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR). • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third-party platforms. • Maintain active local sales solicitation through direct calls, client visits, and community events. • Represent the property with professionalism at client presentations, industry trade shows, and community events to strengthen brand presence and foster new relationships. Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales platforms, including CRM and sales automation systems. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed. • Minimum 3 years of on-property hotel sales experience (Director-level or senior sales manager experience preferred). • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven professional with exceptional time management and organizational abilities. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals within the hospitality industry. Compensation: $50,000 + Benefits & Bonus
