Salary Range: $75,000 – $78,000 per year Travel: 30% Domestic Travel
Job Summary
The Sales Manager develops and maintains strong distributor relationships while driving strategic growth of our premium supplier brand portfolio.

Sales Excellence & Performance
Exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
Analyze performance metrics to optimize revenue growth
Relationship & Partnership Development
Build strong partnerships with key distributors
Provide expert guidance and strategic support
Manage daily communication with distributors and regional sales representatives
Market Intelligence & Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Conduct competitive analysis
Prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
Operational Excellence
Oversee order processing and management
Support promotional events and brand initiatives
Lead special projects that contribute to business growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong understanding of sales principles
Korean corporate experience preferred
Alcoholic beverage or CPG distribution experience preferred
Results-oriented with focus on achieving targets
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written Korean skills required
Valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Willingness to travel 30% domestically
