    A high-performing, multi-location residential services company is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive results and scale a team of in-home sales professionals. Since launching in 2023, the company has rapidly disrupted its market—earning the \#1 position in its region—and is on an aggressive trajectory toward $100M in revenue within its first five years.

    This role is based out of the company’s largest and busiest location, offering a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on regional performance and play a key role in scaling the business’s footprint.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for a successful outside sales team
    • Maintain consistent, real-time communication with reps; step in and support live deals as needed
    • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture that attracts, develops, and retains top sales talent
    • Execute and reinforce company SOPs, sales processes, and cultural expectations

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in field sales leadership, ideally within home improvement (roofing, HVAC, solar, or related industries strongly preferred)
    • Experience managing and coaching a team of ~15+ outside sales reps
    • Highly accessible and engaged leader who is hands-on with the team throughout the day
    • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments strongly preferred
    • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial settings where performance and accountability are core to success
