This is a full-time position with fluctuating hours. Potential to work from home 2 days a week, in-office (Richmond Heights, MO) 3 days a week. This job is commission-based with a minimum base draw that will be discussed during your interview. You will be responsible for calling landlords and homeowners and inviting them to enter their properties into the HomeWays program. You will make outbound calls, explain the benefits of lease purchase compared to renting properties traditionally, walk properties to assess condition, generate and send marketing agreements, and maintain relationships with owners with multiple properties to add their properties to the program as they become vacant. You will also receive inbound inquiries and referrals that you will be responsible for explaining the program to and converting. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Contact and convert landlords/property owners whose properties would be good candidates for the HomeWays program. • Following up with potential landlord clients to help them through the HomeWays home program process, and by nurturing landlords who are interested in the program but whose properties are not ready (not vacant, undergoing renovations, etc.). • Managing all data in CRM and follow-up campaigns. • Assessing each property by conducting an evaluation to determine value and monthly payment, and making recommendations to the landlord/owner. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • At least 2 years of experience in sales and cold calling. • Experience in real estate or property management, with a focus on landlord relations. • Strong communication skills to effectively explain program benefits and address objections. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage data and follow-up campaigns. • Ability to assess property value and condition, providing informed recommendations to landlords. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
