    At G Millwork, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of doors, moldings, and hardware, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team.

    ■ Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for both residential and commercial projects.
    • Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, builders, architects, and designers).
    • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
    • Manage key accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
    • Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
    • Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed

    ■ Requirements

    • 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in construction, millwork, lumber, or related industries).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales strategies.
    • Experience in B2B and large-scale project sales.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
    • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under ambitious targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, Acumatica, or similar is a plus).
