Responsibilities: • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Continue generating new insurance sales while identifying opportunities for growth and emerging markets. • Counsel and coach team members, evaluate their performance, and provide guidance to help them improve sales results. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Assist in developing sales strategies and objectives to meet overall team goals. • Support the sales team by helping create individualized plans, setting targets, assigning territories, and participating in training programs as you grow into a management role. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Displays a proven track record of sales success • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field • Experience as an Insurance Sales Agent with a proven track record of success. • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. • At least 3 years of sales experience, with leadership or mentoring experience preferred. • Motivated to transition into a management role while continuing to sell. Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission only
