    Private Duty Home Care Sales Manager

    Location: New Jersey (Morris, Somerset, Middlesex Counties)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with proven success in home care, hospice, or healthcare sales leadership. This individual will oversee a small team of 2–3 community liaisons/sales reps while continuing to drive new referral relationships and grow census through personal network, legacy referral partners, and market development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales representatives to meet and exceed territory growth targets.

    • Maintain and expand referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and care managers.

    • Leverage personal network and book of business to generate qualified leads and client referrals.

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Morris, Somerset, and Middlesex counties.

    • Track and analyze KPIs to optimize team performance and referral source engagement.

    • Conduct joint sales calls, field coaching, and professional development for team members.

    • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

    • Represent the organization at community events, healthcare expos, and industry networking functions.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in private duty home care, home health, or hospice.

    • 1+ years of leadership or team management experience (formal or informal).

    • Established relationships with key referral sources in New Jersey preferred.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Self-starter with the ability to lead by example while managing a small team.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
