CBS ArcSafe is a Group CBS company that designs remote racking and remote switching solutions, so technicians can operate circuit breakers from outside the arc flash boundary. The company helps industrial and utility customers improve electrical worker safety and maintain compliance with standards such as NFPA 70E, serving facilities worldwide across data centers, manufacturing, and power distribution.
Summary of the Position
The Sales Manager leads the CBS ArcSafe sales team, sets and executes the sales strategy, and owns revenue growth for the product line. This role builds and maintains key customer relationships, develops new business, manages the sales budget, and ensures the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high performing sales team
Set sales goals and manage performance against targets
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to find growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Support the team in pursuing and closing new business opportunities
Monitor sales metrics and pipeline, adjust plans as needed
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to leadership
Provide ongoing product and sales training for the team
Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales
Experience leading or mentoring sales staff or teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Customer focused and results driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management with a record of meeting revenue targets
Experience in regional or territory based sales roles
Background in industrial electrical equipment, safety products, or similar technical markets
