Sales Manager - HVAC Manufacturing - Base Salary to 55k/year - Mayfield, KY

• Our client is a leading manufacturing in the HVAC and heat pump industry. The team is seeking a Sales Manager to add to the team.
  
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coaching a team of 20 inside sales representatives. This role is heavily focused on the management piece; there will be very little business development involved. This is an in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day responsibilities with sales team
  
• Help drive sales initiatives
  
• Work along side Sales Director to learn new strategies
  
• Generate daily & weekly sales reports
  
• Assist with pickup and refund reports
  
• Train new hires to get up to speed
  
• Work cross-functionally with marketing team to improve market initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in sales management experience
  
• 5+ years in B2B sales preferably in HVAC
  
• Proven background in leading and growing teams
  
• Track record of driving sales processes from start to close
  
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 55k/year plus a bonus percentage that is based upon sales volume from the team along with a comprehensive benefits package.
