    Location: New York, NY Compensation: $50,000 base + $5,000 per hotel signed + stock options + benefits

    Join Nap York – the world's first sleep station chain – as we expand our mission of providing on-demand sleep to the world. We’re launching a bold new initiative to bring Nap York’s signature sleep pods into hotels across the country. We’re seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead hotel partnerships and drive growth through strategic collaboration.

    What You’ll Do

    Develop and own the sales strategy for hotel partnerships — from lead generation to contract signing.

    Build and manage relationships with hotel decision-makers, owners, and operators.

    Negotiate and close partnership deals, positioning Nap York as a premium wellness amenity for hotels.

    Set up and refine the sales flow — CRM tracking, outreach cadence, and performance reporting.

    Travel to meet partners, attend industry events, and represent Nap York with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    What We’re Looking For

    5+ years of hotel sales experience (preferred in partnerships, brand licensing, or hospitality development).

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

    A self-starter with relentless drive, resilience, and passion for growth.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can close deals and build lasting relationships.

    Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and grow the business.

    Hungry to succeed — motivated by financial growth and long-term opportunity.

    Compensation & Perks

    $50,000 base salary

    $5,000 commission per hotel partner signed

    Stock options in each signed location
