What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of high-performing solar sales reps

Drive sales growth through training, mentorship, and accountability

Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base

Manage performance metrics and ensure team goals are met or exceeded

Represent HouseBuildr with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in solar sales (management experience preferred)

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for renewable energy and helping families lower their energy costs
