What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate sales associates to exceed goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Drive results by focusing on average ticket size, closing percentage, add-on sales, and lead follow-up

Provide hands-on coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively

Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of proven sales management experience (furniture or retail a plus)

Strong leadership and people-development skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Results-driven, organized, and proactive mindset

Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
