Sales Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) – Office Based
A rapidly growing global technology and mobility solutions company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-velocity inbound and outbound phone sales team in its Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, accountability, and momentum across a sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a phone-based sales team focused on same-day and short-cycle sales
- Establish daily sales cadence through morning huddles, coaching, and performance reviews
- Build and manage Salesforce dashboards, workflows, and reporting to track activity and results
- Create and refine sales processes, outreach sequences, and SOPs
- Provide real-time coaching, call reviews, and side-by-side selling support
- Step into live calls when needed to assist with closing deals
- Monitor activity metrics and drive accountability across the team
- Report daily and weekly performance to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Experience leading high-volume phone or inside sales teams
- Strong Salesforce proficiency, including dashboards and reporting
- Background in short-cycle or one-call close sales environments
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps through live call feedback
- Process-oriented leadership style with strong accountability and performance management
Preferred Experience
- Telematics, fleet technology, or mobility solutions exposure
- Experience building or scaling a sales team
