Sales Manager

ImpactSearch Partners is partnering with a well-established, mid-size company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to identify a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy inside sales team.
This role oversees a team of 20+ inside sales representatives responsible for driving outbound sales activity nationwide. The Sales Manager will play a hands-on leadership role—coaching reps, analyzing performance metrics, and driving daily sales activity to meet contract and revenue goals.
This is a high-visibility position reporting directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to shape team culture and sales performance within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 20+ inside sales representatives and supervisors
- Drive daily outbound sales activity and ensure team performance against sales targets
- Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and productivity
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with company leadership on sales strategy and operational improvements
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture
Ideal Background
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales, including leadership of inside sales or outbound teams
- Proven ability to manage performance in a high-activity sales environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and performance metrics
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Additional Details
- Base salary range: $120K–$140K plus bonus
- On-site role located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
