As we continue expanding across California with new product lines and service offerings, we're seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our growing sales operation.

    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a hands-on, KPI-driven Sales Manager who can lead from the front, improve sales performance, coach and mentor our sales team, and bring deep insight into sales and marketing strategy. You will play an essential role in not just driving revenue, but also helping us build a culture of discipline, accountability, and high performance.

    This is a growth-track position with the opportunity to evolve into a Director of Sales or VP of Growth role as our company scales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead & Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a growing team of residential and commercial roofing consultants.

    Drive Sales Performance: Set clear KPIs, monitor progress daily/weekly/monthly, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

    CRM Optimization: Ensure full adoption and intelligent use of our CRM system (currently Leap and other integrated tools). Own sales pipeline visibility and reporting.

    Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with ownership and marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, optimize lead generation funnels, and align messaging with sales strategies.

    Training & Coaching: Conduct weekly coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and one-on-one mentorship with reps to sharpen product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.

    Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain clean, accurate forecasting reports. Ensure deals are properly qualified and pipeline health is strong at every stage.

    Cross-Departmental Integration: Collaborate with production, customer service, and field crews to ensure smooth project delivery and a top-tier client experience.

    Market Expansion: Play a key role in launching new product lines and entering new markets as Infinite Home Solutions grows.

    What We're Looking For

    3–7 years in residential or commercial sales, preferably in roofing, home services, solar, HVAC, or construction.

    2+ years experience managing a team of outside or inside sales reps.

    Strong grasp of CRM systems, lead tracking, and KPI-driven decision making.

    Deep understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and performance coaching.

    Data-driven thinker who can spot weak points in the funnel and correct them fast.

    Charismatic, confident, and comfortable leading by example.

    Experience or familiarity with Roof Maxx, commercial coatings, or roofing a plus.
