    We are seeking a proven Sales Manager with a successful track record managing sales teams of 5 to 10 representatives. This is not a role for individuals looking to transition into management—candidates must bring 3 to 5+ years of direct sales leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to drive performance through hands-on leadership, strategic direction, and team development. The ideal candidate will also have experience selling residential services, giving them insight into how to lead teams in high-touch, customer-focused environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Foster a results-driven culture within the sales team by instilling a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5–10 sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent.
    • Oversee customer acquisition and equipment sales activities across the region.
    • Create and execute detailed annual sales plans with a focus on competitive positioning and account profitability.
    • Design and implement localized marketing and advertising initiatives to support growth.
    • Expand market share by cultivating new relationships and lead generation opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the local General Manager to align regional sales performance with broader district goals.
    • Manage performance through metrics, assessments, and job function analysis.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience managing a sales team of 5–10 representatives.
    • Proven success leading sales organizations to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
    • Experience selling residential services strongly preferred
    • Experience managing accounts and using territory analysis to identify high-potential markets.
    • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across departments.
    • High standards of excellence with the ability to motivate teams toward outstanding results.
    • Persistent and results-oriented, with a history of achieving concrete outcomes.
    • Skilled in developing and adjusting sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
    • Technologically proficient, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus commissions. On-target earnings typically range from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on performance and other variables.
