An established Long Island-based company in the home services industry is looking for a proven sales leader to grow and manage an outside sales team focused on residential customers.

Key Requirements:

• Recent experience selling into the residential market (commercial/residential mix is okay—but residential experience is required)
• Track record of hiring, training, and managing outside sales reps
• Lives on or near Long Island and available to spend ~75% of time in the field
• Hands-on CRM experience (for tracking rep activity and performance)
