Compensation & Benefits • OTE: $70,000 • Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 • Paid Time Off • Health Benefits • Ongoing growth opportunities and leadership development Responsibilities: Sales & Agent Performance Management • Coach and support agents—especially new and developing ones—on lead generation, systems, mindset, and productivity • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to drive confidence, skills, and business outcomes • Track agent performance and guide them through customized action plans and accountability strategies • Lead agents in business planning, time blocking, and goal setting using KW models and tools Onboarding & Retention • Lead a smooth and effective onboarding process for new agents • Develop systems that enhance the agent experience and increase retention • Serve as a culture builder—celebrate agent wins, organize team events, and champion a success-focused environment Talent Attraction & Growth Support • Assist with talent attraction by nurturing relationships with prospective agents • Participate in career nights, social media outreach, and candidate follow-up • Partner with leadership to create a value-rich environment that draws top-performing agents Qualifications: • Experience in sales management, coaching, mentoring, or training—real estate industry preferred • Deep understanding of real estate systems and agent business needs • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills • Confident leader with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and a drive for results • Familiarity with KW systems such as Command, Dotloop, and DocuSign is a plus • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Active real estate license is required Compensation: $70,000 OTE
