We are partnering with a fast-growing contract manufacturer in the nutraceutical industry seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives on hunting, closing, and building new business. This role focuses on winning new accounts with vitamin, supplement, health & wellness, and sports nutrition brands.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business with mid-to-large supplement and wellness brands
Build strong relationships with founders and decision-makers
Develop outreach strategies to generate and convert pipeline
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong onboarding and client success

New accounts won in first 6–12 months
Revenue generated from new clients
Strong pipeline creation and deal velocity
Strategic account growth and repeat business
Ideal Background
1–3+ years of sales experience in ingredients or contract manufacturing
Knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and buyer landscape
Hunter mentality with strong closing ability
Comfortable with travel and client-facing work
