Sales Manager
Hudson, WI | Direct Hire | $90k - 105k

Konik is partnering with a family-owned manufacturing company that is seeking to add an established Sales Manager to their team. In this role, you will lead a small, well-tenured sales team in working to identify, qualify, and process new opportunities to meet sales and profit goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a seasoned team with excellent sales in a leadership role at the company. Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize general sales operations, including establishing appropriate goals, pricing, policies, and staffing levels
• Ensure that new opportunities are appropriately vetted and that client requirements are properly communicated to the rest of the operations team
• Consistently monitor sales progress and productivity markers; be prepared to report on this on a consistent basis
• Responsible for hiring, terminations, training & development, performance reviews, and other personnel management functions
• Provide overall guidance at the company as a representative of sales on the leadership team

Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted
• 5+ years of sales and management experience
• Ideal candidate will have experience in construction, manufacturing or distribution of indoor or outdoor equipment; candidates with sales management experience in manufacturing will be considered
• Service-oriented attitude
