Life Matters is growing our local Phoenix team, and we’re looking for motivated, service-driven professionals who want to build a meaningful career helping families protect what matters most. This is an outside sales role with warm leads — no cold calling — plus weekly in-person collaboration with our local agents every Wednesday in South Chandler. We serve families throughout Phoenix and the surrounding East Valley, helping clients with life insurance and financial protection solutions. Responsibilities: • Contact pre-qualified leads to schedule appointments (no cold calling) • Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate coverage • Present solutions, answer questions, and help families move forward confidently • Build lasting relationships with new clients • Manage your pipeline from qualification through close • Follow up consistently to nurture long-term connections • Develop product knowledge to clearly explain benefits and features • Participate in weekly Zoom trainings and local Wednesday meetups in South Chandler • Collaborate with a supportive team of local agents • Stay current on industry trends and best practices • Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales goals Qualifications: • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, not required) • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Coachable and open to learning • Organized and detail-oriented • Service-minded — you genuinely want to help people • Able to work independently while staying connected to the team • Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check • Must have — or be willing to obtain — a Life Insurance license (typically 2–4 weeks) Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ commission only
