    We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Contact potential leads who are pre-qualified, without cold calling, to schedule appointments • Establish connections with new clients to build lasting relationships • Develop expertise in our products to effectively address customer needs • Highlight product features that directly solve customer problems • Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors • Manage contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships • Participate in weekly training sessions over Zoom to stay engaged with the team Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • Must be able to pass a background check and reside in the USA with authorization to work • Must either have or be willing to promptly obtain a Life Insurance license in their respective state (typically a 2 - 4 week process) • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a desire to assist individuals by offering solutions • Display perseverance, determination, and a proactive work ethic • Willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching opportunities Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ yearly - commission
