Responsibilities: • Help prepare budgets • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Provide training for sales team • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives • Manage budgets and expenses Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong ability to lead a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous sales experience • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs Compensation: 95500 - 112500 yearly
