The team is now hiring a Sales Manager to lead its fast-growing e-commerce channel strategy, with a focus on the world's largest digital marketplace.

    The Opportunity

    This is a high-impact, remote-friendly role where you'll own a multi-million dollar e-commerce channel. Your mission: build and scale marketplace performance, deepen partner relationships, and collaborate across teams to drive long-term digital revenue growth.

    If you’ve successfully managed an online marketplace strategy (ideally as a Vendor Central lead), know your way around catalog ops and paid search, and thrive in a cross-functional team — this could be your next move.

    You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external vendors to:

    • Drive marketplace revenue and manage key digital account relationships

    • Lead forecasting, planning, and product lifecycle strategies

    • Optimize paid media, promotions, and catalog health to win market share

    What You’ll Do

    Strategic Account Ownership

    • Manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for the e-commerce marketplace

    • Own relationships with marketplace vendor managers, ad support teams, and paid media partners

    • Analyze and improve assortment, pricing, and promotions to grow account profitability

    Forecasting, Insights, & Sales Analytics

    • Build and monitor forecasts; adjust based on trends and partner feedback

    • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on sales, promotional ROI, and performance insights

    • Collaborate with analysts and product teams to track key KPIs

    Channel Marketing & Catalog Strategy

    • Lead catalog health, item setup, content optimization, variation strategy, and brand store updates

    • Partner with marketing to support launches, campaign alignment, and digital merchandising

    • Collaborate with agency partners to manage ad spend (search/display), gain share of voice, and drive category rank

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Distribution to ensure compliance, pricing, and fulfillment accuracy

    • Align with internal teams on sales strategy, launch timing, and new product initiatives

    • Present quarterly business reviews and support trade events as needed

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • 5–7 years of CPG sales experience, with 3+ years in marketplace/e-commerce account management

    • Proven track record managing a marketplace business unit, ideally through Vendor Central

    • Experience overseeing digital ad campaigns and optimizing AMS/DSP strategies

    • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

    • Analytical chops — comfortable using data to tell a story and drive change

    • Residency in Florida or Georgia and ability to travel to Jacksonville quarterly
