    Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in their assigned territory through a variety of channels. This includes the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts, as well as the management of Security Integrator Channel Partners. This role encompasses a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and account management, and will meet/exceed territorial targets. This position is a key contributor to overall company performance and will ensure that customer requirements meet quoted specifications and client expectations to maintain customer satisfaction. He/she must be a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.

    Position Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through various channels (e.g., company generated leads, independent research and prospecting, emailing, social media, etc.) • Regional Target Management: Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned geographical region, as defined by the VP of Sales and Marketing. • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities. • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and Channel Partners at all levels, including decision-makers. • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and effectively communicate the value propositions. • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. • Strategic Planning: Develop/execute a strategic territory plan to include the methodology needed to achieve growth. • Negotiation and Closing: Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas. • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system daily, and complete weekly updates that provide accurate and detailed forecast on a continuous basis. • Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity/reconnaissance, and other valuable information relevant to successfully reaching company targets. • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. • Demonstrate versatility and adaptability by applying specialized knowledge and skills to support broader company objectives as directed by management.

    Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or project management (or equivalent work experience) preferred. • Proven record of success in sales, with 5+ years of experience in sales in the security industry. • Broad experience (8+ years) in a regional/territory sales role. • Experience in strategic channel selling. • Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Website portals, or similar tools. • Expertise in building client relations using strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Experience preparing client proposals and running detailed pricing models. • Knowledge of Mobile Security or similar industry or sales process. • Knowledge of Security technology/security integration/ law enforcement industries or similar. • Ability to travel 25% of the time. • Successfully communicate and partner with all levels of the sales and marketing team.
