Overview
A fast-growing mortgage company is looking for a Sales Team Manager to help lead and energize our team of loan officers.
Our business runs on sales. The right person for this role will make sure our sales team stays focused, follows the company’s proven process, and keeps moving deals forward.
This role is about coaching, accountability, and execution. You’ll help producers stay consistent with calls, follow-ups, and pipeline activity while giving them the support they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a team of loan officers
Run weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
Keep producers accountable to activity goals and follow-up standards
Coach newer team members and help them ramp up faster
Make sure the company’s sales process is followed consistently
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and milestones
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales leadership or sales management experience
Someone who understands outbound calling and pipeline discipline
A natural coach who enjoys helping others win
Organized and structured — you keep systems running smoothly
Low ego, high accountability
Comfortable managing high-performing salespeople
