Outside Sales Representative
If you’re a motivated sales professional with 2–3 years of in-home sales experience, we want you to drive sales, grow customer relationships, and close projects for our window, siding, and door lines. This role includes paid training, a company-provided tablet, and uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home consultations, and close sales
Prepare accurate estimates and consistently meet or exceed targets
Maintain CRM records and report sales metrics
Collaborate with sales staff and installers when needed
Represent NextWave at community events and build local referral networks
What You Bring
2–3 years of in-home sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check

Nextwave offers a $4,200 sign-on bonus. This bonus is distributed in weekly payments of $350 throughout the twelve-week initial training period. To be eligible for the full amount, employees must remain actively employed and successfully complete all twelve weeks of training.
