    The Role: This is a truly unique opportunity for a driven and independent professional. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business' revenue and most of the operations. This is a very independent role, and success will be a direct result of your initiative and dedication. You will be responsible for overseeing all sales business functions, from day-to-day operations and finances to sales and recruiting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruit and manage sales team efficiency and profitability.

    Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting.

    Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

    Manage the hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.

    Ensure all projects and business activities meet company standards.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    Proven experience in managing roofing business operations from a top-level perspective.

    Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

    Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    Possess a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills.

    Well-versed in technology, including CRM software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
