    Sales Manager $80,000 - $90,000 per year + commissions

    We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales team in driving revenue growth across our emergency mitigation, fire/water restoration, and reconstruction service lines. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of account executives, expanding our network of commercial and insurance referral partners, and executing strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

    Team Leadership & Performance

    Train and mentor a team of outside sales representatives and business development specialists to maximize their potential.

    Establish clear KPIs, sales quotas, and territory plans, conducting weekly pipeline reviews to track progress.

    Accompany representatives in the field for high-stakes presentations to property management groups, hospitality assets, and board members.

    Business Development & Relationship Management

    Cultivate channels with insurance adjusters, structural engineers, plumbing contractors, and third-party administrators (TPAs).

    Secure placements on preferred contractor lists for commercial real estate firms, hospitality REITs, and municipality facility managers.

    Represent the company at key regional industry associations to enhance brand visibility.

    Operational Strategy & CRM Tracking

    Leverage our CRM platform to manage the sales pipeline, audit sales call notes, and report actionable ROI data to executive leadership.

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of awarded projects from scope to production.

    Coordinate community outreach and strategies

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations or Communications

    Experience in lieu of education will be considered

    2-3 years of experience as sales manager

    3-5 years of sales experience

    Proven track record of positive sales performance

    Customer Service experience

    Travel

    Local travel based on job requirements. Travel (local) may be up to 70%.
