    In this position, you will own the full sales lifecycle, successfully identifying and cultivating new prospects through to deal closure.     The Opportunity:

    Sales Strategy and Performance

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue objectives and market presence goals for payroll and integrated HR solutions.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, deal size, time-to-close) and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met.
    • Manage and forecast sales pipelines accurately, providing regular updates and detailed reports to executive leadership.
    • Drive accountability within the team for adherence to all company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
    • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
    • Connect customers’ business needs with our firms products and services
    • Cross-sell other firm solutions to existing clients
    • Present periodic reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, field needs and market insights.

    Team Leadership and Coaching

    • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of high-performing Account Executives/Sales Representatives.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to enhance selling skills and product knowledge, particularly regarding complex payroll regulations and solutions.
    • Offer guidance & motivate the sales team by establishing clear incentive structures and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture enabling them to excel in their roles and meet individual and team quotas.

    Market and Product Expertise:

    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and changes in federal and state payroll/tax legislation that impact clients.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to provide feedback on market needs and contribute to the evolution of the payroll solutions portfolio.
    • Assist sales representatives with complex deal negotiation, presentation strategy, and closure.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

    Must Have Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of experience working on a sales quota
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
    • Business-to-business experience in (HCM) human capital management, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management
    • Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
    • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
    • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
    • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
    • Organized, with effective time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and with a team
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
