DC metro based SaaS organization in a rapidly growing industry is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead 5 Account Executives (who work remotely across the US). This team focuses exclusively on securing new logos with companies that generate between $500M and $1B/year in annual revenue. This leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all sales activities including, KPIs, quotas, coaching, training and conducting 1:1s. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of (3) years of leading a team of hunters within SaaS, or highly complex technology services. Preference given to those who understand federal regulatory/compliance. Minimum of 5 years total SaaS experience (3 in leadership and 2+ as an individual contributor). Those managing teams of Account Managers/Farmers will not be considered for this role. Base salary of $130-$150K plus commission with OTE of $260-$300K, plus fantastic benefits, great team of people and fully remote. Ready to make a hire and currently interviewing!
