Our next area sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for INSURANCE PRODUCTS throughout Lake, Geneva, and Ashtabula Counties of Northeastern Ohio. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. The right manager must have the ability to recruit, develop and influence top performers. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. Work from the office or home. Responsibilities: • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications: • Stays organized and manage time well • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively Compensation: $75,000 yearly
