We're Hiring: B2C Sales Manager- High-Performance Remodeling Company in Southern California
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who gets it AND has it; a Sales Leader who knows how to close and knows how to build closers.
Our company and its leaders have been transforming homes across Southern California for years, and we are building a reputation that is rock-solid and driven by quality— but now we’re ready to scale our sales team, and that means bringing in a Sales Manager who delivers results in the field and in the training room.
Here’s who we need:
A proven closer – You’ve got a 30%+ close rate in in-home sales and can show it. You know how to walk into a client’s home, build trust quickly, and move projects from concept to contract. These are high-ticket projects with high expectations — and you’ll know how to handle both.
A builder of teams – You won’t just run appointments. You’ll create the sales training curriculum that will shape the next generation of our sales force. You know what works in the field — and how to systematize it so others can replicate it.
A leader with high standards – You understand that culture matters. You’ll be instrumental in hiring, onboarding, mentoring and coaching, and helping build a sales department that performs as consistently as you do.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Run in-home sales appointments with qualified, company-provided leads
Maintain a minimum 30% close rate on leads across multiple product lines
Designing and implementing a scalable sales curriculum for new sales hires
Recruit, train, and mentor sales talent as the team grows
Lead sales meetings, track performance, and hold the team accountable to performance benchmarks
Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting, territory strategy, and process improvements
Maintain clear, organized reporting through CRM systems and performance dashboards

Who you are:
A proven closer with 5+ years in in-home sales (remodeling, home services, or similar)
A natural leader who’s coached or trained others before — formally or informally
Strategic enough to think big-picture, and tactical enough to roll up your sleeves
Data-driven, tech-literate, and CRM-proficient
Located in Southern California and able to travel for local appointments
A problem-solver with a passion for delivering results and great customer experiences
