Position: Sales Manager

Location

Eureka, MO (serving St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial roofing, exteriors, gutters, and siding

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, proposals, closing, and post-sale follow-up

Oversee sales pipeline and CRM usage (Acculynx, Google Drive)

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance agents, and local partners

Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and community outreach

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training

Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new sales staff

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

Proficiency with CRM tools (Acculynx preferred), Google Drive, and basic math

Knowledge of local market and community involvement is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
