We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Strategic Sales Manager to join our expanding U.S. team. This is a critical, growth-focused role responsible for expanding our market share within the highly specialized Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) industry.
Required Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a unique blend of technical expertise and proven sales success in the Automotive aftermarket sector.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
5-10 years of experience in technical sales, or account management within the after-market sector.
Demonstrated technical proficiency in the TPMS or a closely related field.
Proven track record of successfully closing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical specifications into clear, value-driven business cases for both technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial), Business, or a related technical field.
30% out-of-office travel.
