Title: Sales Manager/Sales Director - Biotechnology
Location: Greater Boston, MA area
The Chatham Group, a dynamic talent acquisition firm focused on the science and technology-based industries, is seeking candidates for a rapidly grow high-tech biotechnology company, dedicated to high-quality human & animal primary cell solutions, that provides products & CRO services to pharmaceutical industry and clinical research laboratories
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the end-customer base in the U.S. market to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Manage the sales of the company's cell and reagent products in the United States.
- Collect and analyze industry trends within the U.S. biopharmaceutical sector to provide key market intelligence.
- Participate in academic conferences and business events to build and
- maintain effective relationships with customers and industry peers.
- Oversee post-order logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biosciences, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the U.S. life science industry. (Candidates with established customer networks in the Boston area will be given preferential consideration).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tackle new business challenges.
- In-depth understanding of the U.S. market, with proven experience in business development and strong negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of solving problems independently.
- Must speak Mandarin and English.
- Must be authorized to work in U.S. as a U.S. Permanent Resident or Green Card holder and based in the Greater Boston area.
