We’re looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Management Program. In this program, you’ll have the chance to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12 months. Our financial professionals help clients develop a long-term financial strategy to achieve their goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable* annuities, and mutual funds*. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Eligibility requirements: • MBA completion within the previous 24 months, or Prior management experience Preferred but not required to apply: • Life and Health License • FINRA registrations: Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 • Previous sales experience Responsibilities: • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Recruit business-minded & achievement-oriented individuals to help develop New York Life's presence in the San Diego community Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Displays a proven track record of sales success • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major Compensation: $150,000+ commission based
