Storage Solutions Dallas is a leader in residential home organization systems. We design, manufacture, and install closets, garage and other systems in client homes.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and grow our business in the Dallas / Fort Worth Market.

Role and Responsibilities
· Exceed sales goals by closely collaborating with leadership, marketing, and design team members
· Execute design consultations to demonstrate sales techniques and grow business
· Recruit, on-board, train, and mentor your team for success
· Lead through metrics – constant focus on sales pipeline, CRM, and other tools to ensure we exceed goals
· Build and maintain relationships with top tier interior designers, real estate professionals, organizers and builders
· Attend and represent Dallas Custom Closets at industry events, builders shows, etc
· Provide detailed, data focused updates to leadership on performance to goals, team dynamics, and market trends for continuous growth
Required Skills
· 2+ years managing sales teams and coaching for performance
· Technology – CAD design software, CRM tools, Microsoft Office experience
· Excellent communicator, negotiator, and closer
· Naturally results oriented, self-driven for success
