Sales Manager (Player-Coach) – Construction
We’re not looking for a “sales manager.” We’re looking for someone who can drive sales and hold people accountable.
This role:
Runs weekly sales calls
Enforces numbers (inspections, leads, quotes, follow-ups, revenue)
Fixes underperformance fast
Coaches in the field and closes deals
You’ll lead a team selling:
Roofing
Siding
Windows
Gutters
Expect to work in the field.

You can run a tight meeting without winging it
You hold people accountable (not just talk about it)
You understand construction and can build a basic estimate
You don’t avoid hard conversations
