Our rapidly growing law firm is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to own our end-to-end new client acquisition process from lead response and consultations through retained matters while building a high-performing intake/sales team. This role blends coaching, pipeline management, and data-driven optimization to convert qualified inquiries into delighted, retained clients aligned with our practice areas. Compensation: Base salary plus Commission. High performers can earn up to $150,000+. Responsibilities: The Sales Manager Will: • Lead and manage the client relations team, including intake specialists and client relations specialists. • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase retainer conversion rates. • Coach and train team members on empathy-driven consultation techniques, objection handling, and closing skills. • Participate in complex or high-value consultations when needed. • Analyze sales metrics and provide weekly/monthly reporting to firm leadership. • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and client experience improvements. • Ensure all client interactions reflect the firm’s brand, values, and commitment to client service. • Track pipeline activity in CRM (e.g., Lawmatics, MyCase) and ensure timely follow-ups. • Provide feedback to attorneys on client concerns, competitive intelligence, and opportunities for service expansion. • Maintain professional knowledge of family law and criminal law services to communicate value to prospective clients. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of sales experience (professional services preferred; law firm intake/sales experience highly desirable). • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals. • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching a small team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in sensitive legal situations. • Experience using CRM or client intake software (Lawmatics, MyCase, etc). • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and adjust strategy based on performance. • Empathy-driven, client-focused approach with the ability to balance compassion and sales results. Compensation: $65,000 yearly
