The Reynolds Team at Compass is hiring a Sales Manager — a key leadership position responsible for developing top-tier agents, leading our sales team, and driving the engine that powers our entire business: sales. You’ll serve as a core member of the leadership team, leading, managing, and holding our agents accountable, while championing our core values every step of the way. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own Elevate Sales Performance • Provide 1:1 coaching & call feedback to develop confident, capable agents • Run engaging Sales Level 10 meetings, role-play sessions, and sales-focused training sessions • Coach to agent goals — helping each team member earn the income they want and build a life they love Drive Accountability & Results • Set clear performance metrics and lead weekly check-ins to track progress • Monitor conversion data across lead sources (Zillow, ISA Leads, etc.) and coach accordingly • Identify areas of opportunity for each agent and create action plans for growth Lead Recruitment & Onboarding • Partner with the recruiter to meet in person with agent candidates and assess fit • Own the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed from day one • Set the tone for new agents by being an example of what “great” looks like Qualifications: What You Bring • Proven leadership experience in real estate sales or sales management • Passion for coaching, accountability, and seeing others win • Ability to manage performance with clarity and empathy (you’re not afraid of tough conversations) • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through • Strong understanding of conversion, pipeline management, and sales psychology What We Offer • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Health and dental insurance • Paid holidays and vacation time • A collaborative, fast-paced, high-fun culture where we work hard and celebrate big • A leadership seat in a company that’s making major moves Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly (base salary + bonuses)
